Who's Dan Trink?
(In 3rd Person)
Dan Trink, CSCS, is a strength coach, personal trainer and nutritional consultant. Dan is the founder and co-owner of Fortitude Strength Club. He holds over a dozen fitness and nutrition certifications and has written hundreds of articles on the topics of training and nutrition for magazines and websites such as T-Nation, Men’s Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, LiveStrong, Greatist and The Huffington Post. He currently sits on the advisory board for Men’s Fitness Magazine and has presented at international fitness conferences. He is also the author of the book High Intensity 300 published by Human Kinetics.

Dan competes as a 105kg masters weightlifter, representing the United States in local, national and international competitions.
